It was great to see so many parents attend the Year 2 Parent Meet and Greet session.
We worked in teams to solve all the below problems. The workshop helped to develop our independent learning skills, communication skills and problem solving! We soon realised that every puzzle can be solved by using the right strategies and effective teamwork!
During the Circusology workshop we used our active listening skills to learn how to use the different circus equipment.
Year 2 did a dance workshop as part of Diwali Week, where a company came in and taught them a traditional dance which they then performed to the whole school in an assembly at the end of the day!

We worked in mixed groups and asked questions to our friend in the ‘hot seat’. We all had a chance to be hot-seated and had to be in role as the character. We changed our voices and used our body language to imitate how the characters would’ve sounded and acted.
