Friday 13th might seem like an unlucky day but Year 4 made it into an excellent afternoon of taking risks and making ice cream! From changing variables of salt, ice cubes and milk type, the children had a fun (albeit messy) afternoon of observing, mixing, shaking and timing the making of their ice cream from scratch! Some serious scientists in the making was seen today – roll on Science Day next week!
