Last week during Science, pupils in year 3 and year 5 were learning about seed germination and pollination. The pupils learnt about different types of seeds, seeds transportation, cross and self pollination and planted different types of seeds and beans in different types of potting: gel, soil, plastic wallets to discover which method worked best.
This week the pupils returned to their plants to discover which type of potting had the greatest effect on the seeds.
