Our school is taking part in Anti-Bullying / Rights and Respect Week from 14th-18th November.
Anti-Bullying Week helps schools across England to shine a spotlight on bullying, teaching, discussing and encouraging all children, teachers and parents to take action against bullying throughout the year. We link this to the UN Rights of a Child and will be encouraging our children to explore all of their rights. This is part of our commitment to teaching our children skills that supports them discuss and deal with issues, empowering them to speak out.
As part of our PSHE and safeguarding curriculum, we have a continued commitment to teaching our children about respect and tolerance, while celebrating their uniqueness, giving them a voice to Speak out, Reach out and highlight ways of Preventing bullying.
