On 7th Sep 2021 our Year 1 pupils visited the roof top learning garden where they discovered the courgettes and pumpkins which had grown over the summer.
Some of the pupils’ comments were:
“It is a water melon”
“I think it looks a cucumber” (pointing at a courgette)
“It is not fully grown because it is not orange”
“It might be from another country”
