On Monday, 11 children from Year 5 who have benefitted from The Scholar Programme through the past few months went to Homerton College at the University of Cambridge for their graduation ceremony. Joining children from other selected schools around London, the children had the chance to meet current Cambridge students and lecturers, explore the university campus, and ask questions about University life. Children were fascinated by this glimpse of their possible futures – and indeed, we hope to see many of them return to the University of Cambridge in another capacity, a few years from now!
